Enterprise Academy - Opportunities for the Under-employed

Have you ever thought about being your own boss? Are you in unfulfilling or unsatisfactory employment? Do you feel that you are not fully utilising your skills and realising your potential?

The University of Salford has developed a programme specifically designed for people who are in jobs that are below their earning capacity or level of competence with an interest in becoming an entrepreneur. This project based at Salford University provides new opportunities for the under employed.

The Enterprise Academy consists of master classes and workshops that aim to develop entrepreneurial and employability skills and help participants to start their own ventures.

The project provides a flexible learning programme which is delivered at convenient times and offers training, employability development, business start-up support and advice to anyone who is in unsatisfactory employment.
